Ingredients:

400g sirloin steak, finely sliced

2 medium sized red onions, finely chopped

1 cubanelle pepper, chopped

4 small tomatoes, skinned and cubed

200g natural almonds, chopped

50g salted butter

4 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
