Although Turkey generally has sunny weather throughout the year and across the country, it also experiences all four seasons throughout its regions. The lowest temperatures mostly in the east go all the way down to -18℃ (0℉) and the warmest in the Mediterranean coast to over 37℃ (100℉). Therefore, seasonality plays an important role in this country’s agriculture, foods and drinks.
