Eric Cavatore

As a wine sommelier and teacher based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Eric was born in southern France and educated on culinary and worldly delights at reputable institutions like Thonon-Les-Bains in France and the Restaurant School of Philadelphia. In his wine classes, he says "There are no “good wines” and no “bad wines”. There are only the wines you like and the wines you don't." Through our website, he shares with us his insightful tasting notes, reviews and tips on the Turkish wines and the wine industry.
